How to order
When you are ready to make a purchase, simply click on the "add to cart" button next to the pieces you like. You will then be directed to paypal's secure website and shopping cart. (items you put in your cart will not be bought until you have completed the checkout process)to remove an item from your cart, simply click the "remove" link next to the item you wish to discard.To view what is in your cart at any time, click the "view cart" link on the top right corner of the page.To purchase what you have selected click on "view cart" and click on "proceed to checkout". Follow the simple steps to purchase your items. Shipping and Handling
We collect shipping details when you confirm your order and aim to ship all in stock artwork within 72 hours of payment being received in my account. However, since many items are handmade, it can sometimes take from 7-12 days before your order ships. Please call or email if you need your items immediately so we can make arrangements for priority shipping.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by the events beyond the control of skartshop.com. Such as, but not limited to interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card.

All items are shipped via usps or ups (in the case of rush orders & orders to canada), you can choose the method that best suits you. All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If your order does not meet your expectations, return it within 14 days and we will be happy to refund your money, less the shipping costs.

Custom designs and orders are Final Sale.

Damages due to shipping or otherwise will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email with any problems.
