1. How long will it take to receive my print once I place my order?
Because most items are handcrafted just for you once the order is placed. It can take approx. two to three weeks to receive your print once payment is accepted.

2. I need this item asap, is it possible to rush delivery?
Yes, in theory I can have the artwork to you overnight. If you are in need of a rush order for a gift or any other reason, please email me before ordering. We can discuss priority shipping options as well as perhaps choosing an item that is already in stock.

3. I'm am nervous using my credit card to make an online purchase. How safe it your website?

4. I just received my print and I love it but the colors don't match exactly what was displayed on my computer monitor?
Please note that ALL computer monitors display colors differently. We do our best to represent the printed colors of our canvas designs but we can not guarantee that the colors will be an exact match to what you see on yor computer screen.

5. I found the perfect design on your site, however, the colors aren't right. Can I request a different color combination?
Yes. Nearly every piece featured on the site can be color customized. Please contact us with your request.

6. I have a pantone color number or paint swatch i would like you to match, would that be possible?
Because all my prints are hand done without the aid of a computer matching system, I can not guarantee an exact color match. However, I can take a swatch into consideration and produce something close.

7. I have been looking everywhere for a specific design to match my nursery and can't find it. I love the style of your designs. Would you be able to create a custom design if I sent you a picture of the room?

8. How "earth-friendly" are your prints?
All my prints are done on 100% sustainable harvested wood certified by the FSC (forest stewardship council). The stains and paint used are all water based, non-toxic. I also use a low VOC water based top coat to seal the wood and paint.

9. I am ordering this as a gift, can I ship directly to the recipient?
yes. when you check out you will be offered a 'ship to' option enter the address of the desired recipient

10. Do you gift wrap?
I do not gift wrap per say. However, all my prints comes wrapped neatly in simple recycled paper. I would be happy to include a gift card with a personal note. Please let me know what you would like it to say in the "notes" section upon check out.
